Available from December 1st. We have one room to rent in a new house. It could be rented furnished.
All-inclusive Room: hydro, gas, water, unlimited High Speed Internet, shared kitchen and laundry facilities; Very convenient location: Close to South keys shopping centre, Walmart, Loblaws, Greenboro and Walkley station within 5 minutes; Downtown, Ottawa U is about 12 minutes. It's a great location for students as the O-Train will take you straight to Carleton University.
There is the Bus route 8 and 1 near the house. There are 3 places for parking. Looking for a female student/someone with a job that is a non-smoker, quiet, has no pets and is respectful. The price is 515 $ and the contract is minimum for 1 year
